July 23, 200521 yr I want Josh Wilson and Robert Andido to each get called up. Late season callups I mean, and give them each 2 or 3 starts, kind of an audition, in case we dont resign Gonzo(which I hope we do). Dont call me a moron if it is a bad idea.

July 23, 200521 yr Letting September callups get lots of playing time is something teams who are out the playoff hunt. The Marlins should still be in the playoff picture come September. Either one of them will be fine next year regardless of them getting playing time in the majors this year.

July 23, 200521 yr Right now, we don't have time to mess around and give some of our prospects an "audition" in the big leagues. We are still in the race and making the playoffs is not out of the question at this point. Let's see where we are in late August/early September and IF we're out of it, then let them play the whole month.

That makes no sense at all. We can judge their defensive ability just fine in the minors.
July 23, 200521 yr That is what ST will be used for next year, but expect this team to be in the thick of a playoff chase these last few months. Calling them up wouldn't exactly be the best of ideas at that point.
