Bret boone! He is just sick when he bats....

BTW: No Alomar on that List?

Alomar is not even close to ayone on this list ANYMORE. He used to be the best.

Alomar is not even close to ayone on this list ANYMORE. He used to be the best. but his stats alltime is very good....

All-time Kent so I voted for him, but there's no doubt that Alfonso will be greater than him some day.

Alfonso wont be anything.....the guy cant hit no more. He is terrible right now.

he hitting .280 with 24 homers and 62 RBI? What have you being smoking?

since April he is hitting .250....

that's what he is talking about

since April he is hitting .250....

that's what he is talking about

he's still hitting .280 and thats still good.

overall it's okay...

but hitting .250 for more than 3 months aint too good

I like luis cuz he's in the marlins but the best power 2nd baseman for sure is soriano.

hey may be having a decent year, but he isnt even a castillo or marcus giles, let alone vidro, kent and soriano......... polanco is the 4th best 2nd basemen.........in the nl east!!.........

His face is deformed, thats all u need to know.

Soriano is not the best until he learns how to play defense.

Polanco is having a great year and is arguably having a better one than Luis

Polanco is having a great year and is arguably having a better one than Luis

yup, thats true, but at the same time you can say that castillo hasn't been 100% the whole year (hip) thus slowing down the stolen base production and causing more erros (castillos fielding % is lower than polanco by 10 pts.), and they are also different players, castillo isnt there to drvie in runs, polanco has many more rbis than castillo, but you could also say that if luis took all his at bats from the right side he could have very close to the same numbers that polanco has, maybe even more HRs, actually he prob would have more HRs than polacno. we all know that luis is a very different hitter from the left side, so that said, yeah, statistcally polanco is having a better year, the bottom line is he has more production in less at bats and is displaying a killer glove, but for what castillo can do, and for the fact that he has done it consistently for about 4 years now, (polanco has never had a year this good), i would take castillo.....am i crazy saying that luis is better than polanco??? i dont think so....
