Since the Marlins are pretty much out of it unless the Phillies and the Astros stuggle big time. What should we do with Luis and LoDuca? Should we let them play today/next few games even though they are hurting...This is very unlikely but I rather have the babies play and let them have time to heal.. we dont want any major injuries for next year.

I would like to see Willy or Hermi in left field tonight.... :shrugs Something different to spark the offense :confused

Give it to Friday, then shut them down.

Play hard through the weekend, if we're more than one game out heading to Monday, sit them for the rest of the season.

Agreed. It's not quite time to sit them yet. Miracles can still happen.

Gotta keep fighting with the best we got, no reason to rest them yet

Keep them in -- if they can suit up -- until we are mathematicaly eliminated. Miracles can happen.

They'll have five months to rest and heal. Play 'em. You never know...

You also never know if it could worsen to the point of becoming chronic or career threatening. Look, if we're more than 1 game out on Monday, we probably should be cautious with them.

somewhat related....

I don't want to see Luis Castillo playing winter ball. He seems like he is playing hurt most of the time

And completely unrelated...I'd like to see Luis drop hitting lefty and just hit righty full time.
