I think that the race is very close betwen Dontrelle and Carpenter. Big surprise. Tonight's performance by Carpenter could go a long way in determining the winner, one way or the other.

No it won't. The votes must be in by the end of the regular season. Thus, they don't take postseason performance into account. Someone probably already knows who the winner is... but they won't make it public until November.

I honostly like Dontrelle's chances... I think he'll pull it out in the end

The winner has already been chosen, it's just MLB waits like 3 weeks after the playoffs to announce it so baseball stays on the front page as long as possible.

That's comforting to know. Dontrelle finished on a high note (although he didn't get the win) while Carpenter slid. I'm going to bet that Dontrelle gets it be a small margin.
