November 10, 200520 yr One of the funnier skits I've seen him do.. "The Bird Watching Skit" I LOLed a bunch of times just now. He is absolutely hilarious. His improv is amazing. I cannot wait until he takes over for big chin. Actually not sure if it's a repeat or not.

November 10, 200520 yr Conan's okay. I think he's the best of the current late night hosts. Unfortunately, for me, I think his best days are behind him (I'd argue the stuff he did from 98-01 when he started catching on were his best). I like the stuff he does, but it's not can't miss; because if it's good it'll be done again and again. I remember when he used to occasionally do the robot on the toilet, masturbating bear, the sniper's, puking birds, etc. but they had so many bits, so many characters each one was a rarity. So each one was can't miss. He does the Walker lever (which is far and away his best behind) at least once every two weeks, sometimes more. He's still the best. I just hope they don't make Conan and his writers tone it down when he replaces Jay. Also, will he have to go to California to do the show? I know Carson and Leno have usually been based out of LA, but Conan is such a New York guy...

The staring contest.. gold. I would love if Andy could come back and join him when he goes to The Tonight Show... kind of Johnny-esque.
