How are we so low?

We get our hearts ripped out every six years.

but in our short history we have had 2 world series. not only that, but our run in 2003 was nothing short of magic and every sports frachise wishes they had a year like we did in 2003. Even though we get our hearts ripped out afterwords, we allways get the young talent to keep things exciting and pan out to another world championship. Teams like the Indians used to just overpay for dud players and never get anywhere, or have the yankees stop them, somthing the marlins never let them do . :mischief

As we detailed earlier with the Baseball Misery Index in the spring of 2004

This was done Spring Training 2004. We were the reigning world champions.

That's why we're so low.

Hmm, must have been updated.

In that case, Jim Caple sucks.

It also means he isn't paying attention.

On the football misery list, the Dolphins were 26th overall or something, despite the fact we haven't won a Super Bowl in 30 years, and haven't been to the playoffs in 5 years.

Well, being a Dolphin fan, I can't complain too much. Depite what you said, how many losing seasons have the Dolphins suffered in those 30 years? Maybe five at the most?

Considering we haven't had back-to-back losing seasons since the late 60s, our misery rating should be relatively low.
