I've been to the Horse track many times,the place is huge there's more than enough space to build a stadium there..and there is hella lotta parking there..i think it's a great site to build the stadium at

Of course we all think it will--it's out only chance.

The real question is whether the owner of the property is willing to enter into a deal that would preclude him from redevelopment of the racetrack and grandstand for gambling if it is eventually approved by Miami Dade county voters?

 

I think the reason the Seminole tribe hasn't stepped up is because MLB would never allow the stadium to be sited adjacent to a gambling establishment, in this case the Hard Rock and they know it. Ditto Las Vegas.
