No, the non sense is that there were buses waiting for these so called leaders but they all chose to ride in their fancy limos and SUV's. These are the same idiots that want us to be more conservative by riding buses, rails, hybrids, or other modes of transportation such as riding a bicycle when they themselves are the biggest hypocrites and not even participate in conservation themselves.

Nothing wrong with getting an early start. We need some real leadership with real experience.

Some may already know that I work with Joe Martinez wife. All week I have been asking which way is Joe going to vote and up to now it does not look good. I only had one incident and I flat out told him I didn't swing d__k. Did I report him no. He reacted good to it, even laughed about it and we never had another incident. We understood each others ground and moved on, heck we even had drinks together so no I am not a homophobe. I am actually watching the voter registration case live in Ohio, check it out for yourselves. I think it's funny. They were offered at times a cigarette or a dollar to register. Many of the registrants had told the registers (ACORN) that they had already registered however they (ACORN) kept pushing by saying they need to meet a certain quota another one said that they will lose their job if they do not get enough registrants. This created duplicate registrants with different addresses. All this was done on the same day on some cases. One guy had four registration cards in front of him with the same dates and he confirmed that it was his signature with different addresses. Very interesting stuff. To say that there is no voter registration fraud going on is just being ignorant.

I remember four years ago (especially on this site) how everyone was talking about John Kerry ahead in the polls and that don't bother Kerry will win, look how that turned out. I am still waiting for election day when it really counts. I believe Barrack Hussein Obama mentioned 95% tax cuts. Interesting, how is he going to pay for all the programs with only 5% contributing? On the flip side of the argument you could also go to the hate blogs at Moveon.org or Dailykos. These are far left sites that wish death upon the president and vice president to name a few. If they are promoting death towards liberals on the conservative radio shows I believe the FCC would have pulled the plug on them.

I am in WPB now, and frankly the new stadium, even though farther away, will probably get me to more games. Esp. if there is some sort of public transportation in the works, which there is planned to be. Most people I know who live around here feel the same way. Less games for me. We will be stopping our full season package and have to go with some sort of partial plan. Week night games are out of the question. What Dade residents don't understand is that it isn't so much the time it takes us to GET to a game, it's the time it takes us to get home after a game also. For PBC residents that work, it's enough of a problem right now. The new pond makes it unbearable. And any type of public transportation just adds to the travel time. So what exactly do you want then? I'm getting it. The Fish are staying in South Florida. I'm not the one complaining. Mungo is the one blasting PBC fans for not going and beating his chest saying moving the facility closer to downtown Miami solves all the attendance problems. Like it has helped the Heat or something. Actually it has helped the Heat. I agree with you though no need to point any fingers or blame PBC or Broward for lack of attendance. I live in Coral Gables but I do not want to cut off ties to all Marlins fans.

If this law suit goes away can the City, County, and Marlins counter sue the plaintiff in this case (Braman) for time and money wasted defending this frivolous claim?

I have my 360 vertically with angle brackets to prevent any swaying. Would it still get damaged?

(Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure if this should go here or off-topic, because this is a games section and.. yeah..) So here's the thing. My 360 is working smooth and all that, I'm playing Rock Band (on the drums) getting ready to go into my solo career. It then gives me the message of being unable to read the disk. I think no problem, clean the disk, put it back in. Well, it still wouldn't read it. Next disk I put in, same thing. I notice there is a sound missing from the 360, and open the disk tray to see that my disk hadn't moved. The thing that spins the disks is not working it seems. It just happened at a random time and I was wondering if anyone else has or had this problem, and if there's a fix to it to please tell me. I've only had this 360 for 2 months or so (was a replacement for old one that got the Red Ring of Death) and I just think it's strange that this happened. Any help is appreciated.
