I am leaving 2 weeks from today, February 17th, going to Tampa to see the Yankees, and will be leaving the day position players report on the 21st... hopefully I can get some nice autographs as I primarily am going to get autographs of my favorite players.

Last few years I've been going to see the Marlins, Cards, Mets, Tigers and Orioles practice before the start of ST. It's very cool and casual, and probably the closest you can get to the players all year. Many players will stop to talk, pose for photos and sign autographs on the way in or out, but not during practice; though you're welcome to watch and take pics.

I will be going to the Orioles since they are about 15-20 min from my house. I will just go and get the a bleacher ticket and get a bunch of players on cards... and Miguel Tejada always signs on his way out of the parking lot. Also got my Marlins vs Yankees March 18th Standing Room Only ticket

Before they start playing games I'm planning to make the rounds here in central FL. The Indians have Hollandsworth and Mota in camp. Tigers have Leyland, Grilli, Robertson, Pudge and the Ice Man. Houston has Kevin Orie and Atlanta's going to bring in Travis Smith. I'll try to get other players but have my sights set on these first and foremost. When the games start I'll try to catch the Fish in Vierra and Vero. May catch some of the other local teams depending on how many former Marlins could be there.

Hey Im goin to the marlins vs yanks also, anyone got any tips on when i should get there? And how to get some good pics and autos? Are the yanks friendly? I also got a standing room only ticket...... but i have a row and seat number so how does that work? Im also goin to a game orioles vs marlins in ft ladi!

I go down to jupiter every year.... This season Im going down there more than often So far I have tickets for the Opener against Balt here in Ft Lauder. And then Im going up to Jupiter for the weekend to see FIsh vs the Cards and Nationals.

I am going to try to go to the Orioles first practice, this Thursday, and then Friday, I'm off to Tampa to see the Yankees

I work at the Natties spring training site.

As usual, I'll be making the trek to Jupiter with my kids. Taking them on the 20th for "Pitchers and Catchers," my daughter loves going there and as I have done the last two years, I've posted pictures of us there with the players and coaches.

 

Then I'll probably hit two or three games in the Spring. Maybe this year we'll make a trip to another facility to catch some other teams.

I work in the visiting locker room for the atlanta braves in o-town so i cant wait for spring training to get here and meet the players. last year i finally got randy johnson, i was a batboy for 2 years with the marlins and never got randy so i was proud of that. really looking forward to working the WBC also...
