March 26, 200719 yr I'm going after work tomorrow and picking up Season 5 on DVD and watching a few. It has been way too long since this show has been on. I can't wait. This, Lost and The Sopranos on each week is orgasmic for me.

April 3, 200719 yr I'm pumped. Did you see the season 6 prequel Iowa? Its pretty cool like 15 minutes long and shows Lem's wake and a pretty neat flashback. It is on Bud.tv but you need to register for it.

April 4, 200719 yr What an awesome way to kick off the season, great episode. Props to F/X on the limited commercial interruption. Prediction: Kavanaugh is the one who will be nailed for corruption in the department, not Vic. He is getting too wreckless and making it too personal now. He's done.

I'll echo the sentiments on Kavanaugh.. hes a loose cannon now. I find myself watching Shane all the time now.... He e could be in the line for some awards if he plays this angle out nicely. Ronnie is still the man, btw.

May 29, 200719 yr The Shield is awesome. Problem is the seasons are too short, I think the finale is next week already. By the way I've disliked Shane since the first episode of the first season.

This season is awesome, but I think last season was better. I also liked the one where the armenians were looking for the guys who robbed the money train. (Which of course was Vick and his guys)
June 5, 200718 yr I actually felt that the Armenian money train and how long they drug it out for was one of the lowest points for the show. Thankfully we got that kick ass 4th season with Glenn Close and Anthony Anderson to really inject some life back in the series. This season has done such an amazing job of tieing plot points from all the previous 5 seasons and bringing a lot of them to a head now and intertwining their relevancy to the current plot. Such amazing direction and writing that hasn't waned but has probably gotten better for a show that has been on this entire decade so far. Impressive as hell. I think the finale tonight will run an hour and 30 minutes instead of it's usual hour block. Can't wait.
June 5, 200718 yr Author Agree with everything you just said ramp.. money train was the low point but still entertaining. This season has been my favorite I just get the feeling theyre going to leave us hanging big time tonight.. the previews were nuts. Can't wait
