March 30, 200620 yr we tried last year, he was one of the names mentioned in the trades before the deadline but that deal was squashed. we could have traded a couple minor leaguers to get him this year.

March 30, 200620 yr It's only Spring Training, but +1 for the Reds. Too bad the game wasn't in the Great American Ballpark. It was sort of surreal seeing Bronson in the new threads, pitching against his former team today.
March 30, 200620 yr Author It was an amazing performance, 9 strikeouts, gotta love his windup! Had a nice breaking pitch working for him, was working behind in the count late in the game, but would just come back with two strikes. Awesome pitching. SIDE NOTE: He is for sure no minor leaguer, and ready for the big leagues. Will prob post an era just below 4 I'd expect, but can only build upon his arsenal. He has a bright future, young kid too!

He has a bright future, young kid too! He's 29. And he hasn't been in the minors since 2003. He made his major league debut in 2000.
