May 1, 200620 yr Got about 2 hours of sleep last night cause I had 2 finals today--pretty much coasting at this point cause I've just got one on Weds. and it's the one I'm probably most prepared for.
May 2, 200620 yr i got an A-, a B and "passing" for my semester grades. im happy, especially about that B. i literally slept through every class and i bullshitted in the paper, midterm and final so i was a little nervous. :lol

May 3, 200620 yr Author I must have gotten a sorry ass grade on my Film final, because I got a C+ in that class somehow. I only need a 60 to get a B, and I thought my paper was worthy of much better.... I am so upset right now, I knew this teacher would screw me somehow. I sent him an email asking for the final paper grade, we'll see what he says. It's almost impossible I did that badly. The previous three paper grades were 90, 80 and 88. I just don't think it's possible that my writing technique and movie critiques could have been 'that' much worse on the final paper.

May 4, 200620 yr Im pissed as HELL!! This f***ING math teacher screwed up my grade!!!! Check this out: His grading scale is easy.. We take 2 tests and a final.. Your grade is all the 3 tests combined or the grade on your final (whichever is better) So I look on panthersoft and he gives me an F!!!!!!! I was like WTF?? This is impossible... So I call 4 other people from class and they all got F's as well... I had two good grades on my test and it cant be right!!!! I called the two phone numbers on his syll. and there is answer just a machine. I email him to his address he had on the paper and I get it returned saying this isnt an email address.. ITS NOT EVEN AN FIU ONE, its a Miami-Dade college one!!!!! Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do? Should I just got to the Math department in DM to see if they can find him or what?? As for my other grades did decent.... got 5 B's....

May 6, 200620 yr If you can't get a hold of the teacher, which has happened to me in the past (my teacher just plain disappeared, left everyone with an A) then go to the department. I wouldn't wait, do it on Monday morning and make sure to get as many people to go with you as possible. If it's a screwup of more than one person they'll do things a lot faster.
May 13, 200620 yr Last exam was today, Finite Element Methods WOOHOO!!!! Think they went ok, finally no more revising, it feels good.
