Posted May 24, 200619 yr Okay, My 21st b-day is coming up and my mom keeps asking me what I want because its the "big" b-day. While I was driving home from class it dawned on me. I want GOOD Marlins tickets. I mean like battersbox or those ones on the field by first base. Not sure what they are called. Which ones are better? I would like to take pictures and/or get autographs before the game. I love meeting Marlins players. It has been my dream since I knew what the Florida Marlins were. I am not sure if my dad has "sources" for these tickets because he knows a lot of people. Thats what he tells me but do you think there is anyway I could get tickets for those seats? I don't mean Ebay. I don't want to spend $200 per ticket kwim? Thanks. Any help would be wonderful

May 24, 200619 yr if youre in it for pics/autos, go with 1st base founders field (or something like that, im not sure). batters box seats are really awesome too, but you cant get autos there due to the net.

WHAT? batters box are the most amazing seats . you're right there on the field. just go to the side and you're right in the dugout and just stand there and wait for the players to come out of the dugout. loria gave me 6 tickets last year-for free!!-for being cool...and i got the following players (these are just the big names, got these in 2003): Todd Helton (who i got to talk to , get a picture with, and 3 autographs), Javy Lopez, Marcus Giles, Andruw Jones, Bagwell, Biggio, Berkman, A. Everrett, Bobby Cox, Luis Castillo, Pudge, Lowell, Gonzo, Encarnacion, D. Lee. i got some incredible pictures. i got a few of the players doing their handshake things in the dugout, players putting helmets, arm guards on by the bat rack, guys on deck (who you can almost touch). it is so much fun and is worth the money. o ya and the last game of the season the players will throw their equipment up to the fans but alot of times they'll give the bigger things to the batters box, especially if you ask them before the game. i got hats from tommy phelps and brian banks, and bats from mike mordecai and mike lowell.
