if a solider gets into a bar fight cant he be charged with assult with a deadly weapon??

 

i believe that is the case for soliders and black belts, they have so much training that they are considered a deadly weapon. this is obviously a case of self defense though

A felon is a felon. She was an active participant in an armed (shotgun!) robbery. She was not a bystander.

 

You want to be involved in felonies? Fine, but death is a possible side effect of that.

 

Not my fault they picked the wrong guy to try and commit a robbery (unsuccesfully).

 

It should be noted that Ive never owned or will own a plastic flag.
