Admin
I am hoping for a W against IU. And Arkansas. And Minnesota. And WVU or Va Tech. That would give us a pretty good non con schedule. That tournament is crap besides West Virgina. Well, and us. Minnesota is rebuilding and is a possible tourney team, as is Virginia Tech. Arkansas probably is a NCAA tourney team. Montana could very will win the big sky. So, despite what you think, it is a very good tournament field...features 3 likely(SIU, WVU, and Arkansas) and 3 very possible(V. Tech, Montana, Minnesota) tournament teams. And, really, Marist could win the MAAC(finished 3rd last year)...so theres 7 possible NCAA tournament teams. Junior
The MAC takes forever to release it's conference schdule, but here is our non-conference. Northern Illinois: Date Opponent Dec. 2 WINTHROP Dec. 5 ILLINOIS-CHICAGO Dec. 7-8 at Drake Tournament Dec. 16 at Michigan Dec. 20 at Lamar Dec. 22 at Stephen F. Austin Dec. 29-30 at Marist Tournament (Bucknell, Marist, NIU, Central Arkansas) Feb. 17 BRACKET BUSTER Only 3 home OOC games if you include the Bracket Buster. However Lamar, Stephen F. Austin, and UIC should be wins. Winthrop can is a very winnable game because we could have beat them last year, but this year we get them ar home. Michigan will be fun, and hopefully we can face Bucknell in the Marist Tournament final. I don't know who is in the Drake Tournament yet. Admin
Looks like NIU might get to piggyback off of SIU's rpi...facing Marist(a team in our season opening tourney), Central Michigan, and the Drake tourney. Who are the other teams in the Drake tournament?

Admin
Who are the other teams in the Drake tournament? I don't know yet. I still dont get how you can criticize the Old Spice Classic with 3 probable tournament teams(West Viriginia, Arkansas, SIU), 3 very possible tournament teams(Montana, Minnesota, Virginia Tech), and a team that could also very possibly be a tournament team in Marist...if they win the MAAC.
Junior
Montana, Minnestoa, and Va Tech aren't making it. SIU and West Virgina probably will, and Arkansas might. It's a meh tournament.

Admin
I expect Montana to win the Big Sky. Therefore they are a tourney team. And I think Marist has a good chance at winning the MAAC, so they are a tourney team are. And I agree with FFIPA about Va Tech.

Mark
In a lapse of laziness, I won't post the whole UF schedule. However, their offseason schedule includes games against Kansas in Las Vegas, Providence and Ohio State (can't wait) in Gainesville, as well as the typical SEC opponents. IU will be on National TV 14 times and up to 17 times... yay team with "tradition" The last time we played IU in Bloomington(2 Dec 00), we lost 85-63. But the next year, in Carbondale, on 1 Dec 01, we beat IU 72-60.link. That was our sweet 16 year BTW, and the start of our 5 year run of NCAA Tournament appearances. And not as recent as I thought, I thought that game was in the 2002-2003 OOC schedule...but still not that long ago either. I think it will be a really good game, and could honestly go either way. But I am hoping for a W.
