Cubs fans at The Pro

Featured Replies

Do you think the reason why the tickets are selling out so fast is cuz all the pathetic cubs fans are buying tix and flying down like they did in atlanta??

I doubt that. Is that what they did in atlanta?

We sold 62,000 and 65,000 without them. I just think this time around marlins fever is bigger than in 1997 so everyone wants a piece of the action. We dont need help to sell the playoffs. I am actually happy they went on sale before the game today so incase the cubs win all the tickets will be gone.

i dont know if you want to be buying tickets when your team isnt guaranteed to be there. if they buy tickets for Wrigley than they get refunds if they lose tonight, buy them for the Pro and they wont get refunds because games 3-4 will be played here no matter what

well yeah: More Cubbies'fans would be excited than the Braves fans

GO BRAVES!!! YOU CAN DOOOOOOOOOOO IT!!!

I do not want to see Wrigley Field South Part 2!

well if they win they have tickets

if they don't buy now and they win they are out in the cold

BUT THEY WON"T WIN

GO BRAVES :thumbup

but if they dont win and buy tickets to come down here, they'll either have to come down here to watch teams they dont like in order to avoid losing their money for nothing, or have to re-sell them.

Wouldn't it be funny if the Braves beat the Cubs and all those Cubs fans had bought tix for the NLCS at the Pro? lol

Even if they were bought and still went to the attendance, do you really want a few thousand Orange Seats on National TV?

Cubs or Braves, there will be alot of fans for either team at the Pro for the NLCS. Lot's of Brave fans in Florida, lots of traveling Cubs.

I know, but what would they do? Eat the money? Sell the tickets, can they withdrawl their offers?

i dont think the cubs fans are pathetic. they are just as much excited about this as we are. however, where the marlins performed in tight situations when we needed them to perform... the cubs didnt. poor sosa. i guess they werent meant to go on. if they couldnt win it at the end with hat huge oportunity they dont stand a chance. who knows, maybe they'll win today, but they wont beat us if they cant come through like we do.

if the cubs fans live in SoFla and have any common sense they'll be able to sell the tickets pretty easily

GOO BRAAAVES!

I know, but what would they do? Eat the money? Sell the tickets, can they withdrawl their offers?

you know they cant, there are no refunds for games that are played.

selling them is possible, i wouldnt eat the money. to spend at least $25 on a ticket that wont be used sounds crazy to me. they might decide to take a week off or a weekend, come down, go to the hot spots, the beach and catch a little playoff baseball

i think the majority of the cubs' fans buying tickets live in South Florida

i don't think too many people are planning on making the trip from Chi-Town

no more than 1000

I know, but what would they do? Eat the money? Sell the tickets, can they withdrawl their offers?

Well if their willing to fly down to Miami just for a baseball game. I don't think eating 50 bucks would be a big problem for them.

Well remember WGN isn't on cable in Miami so they don't have as big exposure as in Atlanta where they are on local cable.

in speaking of eating: I'm hungry

in between ticketmaster.com, the red sox game, and the dolphins game i haven't eaten yet!
