October 8, 200322 yr this was just like 3 minutes ago. The first topic on PTI was, Are the Marlins Being Overlooked? Well they did talk about the fish for like 5 seconds at the end I guess. Thats not the reason why I am posting this. Tony asked Michael if anybody wanted to see the Marlins in the WS. His reply ":::schough:::The people in Florida, but outside of that EVERYONE wants to see the Cubs and the Red Sox in the series." I honestly don't think everyone outside of FLA want to see the Cubs win this series, in fact being from the Heartland I know alot of people who don't want the Cubs to win. I have a sinking suspicion that even some so called cub fans want to see the Cubs loose so they can still be the lovable losers.

October 8, 200322 yr who the hell wants to see the Yankees win or even make the World Series except for Yanks fans? People have this delusion that everyone loves the Yankees. Everyone loves a team with three times your payroll? Everyone HATES the Yankees. It's the evil empire for christ sakes!!!

October 8, 200322 yr Author well it was my opinion that he said it in a bah noone wants them in. If you ask me and I know that none of you have the Cubs have more enemies than they do fans. I can assure you that the Cardinals' fans are rooting for the Marlins as well as the Astros, Braves, or newly acquired White Sox brothers, and about anyone else whom Mark Prior or Alou has shot their mouth off at. Oh and I do realize Wilbon is a Cubs man, and I couldn't have cared less if he would have said that he thinks the cubs will win the series in 5. The point I was trying to make is that ALOT of people don't want the Cubs in so they will root for the Marlins to make!
