The marlins just beat one cursed team, and they will do it again if the red sox go to the series. Plus, the red sox aren't nearly as good as the yanks. So tomorrow, I say GO RED SOX!!!!

The White Sox fans might not know, but we have quite a history with the Red Sox this year. In the first game at Fenway, they beat us 25-8 in a game that featured near brawls, hit batsmen, Andy Fox getting a pitch behind him, the Red Sox tagging on short fly balls with like a 10-run lead. The next night, the Red Sox had a 9-2 lead going into the 8th and the Marlins had an incredible comeback ending on a Mike Lowell 3-run homer with two strikes and two outs to win the game. Honestly, I dont remember what happened in the third game, but it was quite a series.

I don't much care who wins tomorrow. I have no love for the RedSox & would be happy to knock off another cursed team, but we'll have to get the short end of the stick again, with everyone rooting for the BoSox. Although I'd love to beat a John Henry team...

 

Still, if the Yanks win, everyone will be rooting for the Fish.

 

Not sure which team the Marlins match up against better. We'll break it down after tomorrow night's AL Game 7.

WOW!!!! Well if the red sox win tomorrow, should be an interesting and entertaining world series.

Yeah, and don't forget that whole owner situation with the Red Sox (isn't Florida owner former Red Sox owner?)

 

BUT, I disagree with rooting for the Red Sox. I cannot stand to hear another series with a "cursed" team. It's making me sick... I'd rather have the Marlins beat the Yanks and have everyone on the Marlins side for a change. JMO.

and Kevin Olsen got badly injured that game 1.

sry whitesox fans, you dont understand how much Marlin fans such as ourselves hate the Dead Sox there classless and disrespected us when we played them... i was going for the yanks today they had a 6-4 lead going into da top 7th.....

 

even thou pedro is pitching tomorrow and will prob win the game, im going for the NYY and i hate the YANKS alot, i disliked them alot they were my #1 most hated team until we met the Dead Sox......

I am rooting for the cursed Red Soxs. I do not like the yanks, actually I would rather see us beat them to the ground. The yanks are overrated and if wasn't for their payroll they would suck as bad as the Detroit Tigers Well, the Cubs lost fair and square. Can you believe that the Cubs are calling us boring and snobby? Screw Chicago Cubs

Red Sox or Yanks. Who cares. Bring them on. However, I prefer the Yanks.

 

The Red Sox team doesn't have a dime of class. I see them as a bunch of imature bullies (ie Ortiz, Martinez, Ramirez, and co). They had every intention of humilliating the Marlins on the interleague series.

 

On the other hand, the only thing I hate about the Yanks are their fans. Most of their players have a lot of class (Jeter, Giambi, Rivera, Williams, etc).

 

I rather see Yanks vs Marlins. But whoever wins, bring them on!
