First of all, Alan Keyes is a nice reminder of the party trying to be 'equal', but the guy is so out of his element it's not even funny.

 

I think the strongest showing was either Fred Thompson or Mike Huckabee. There was a pretty funny exchange at one point between Thompson and Mitt, and Fred double pwned him.

 

Dems up tomorrow, but I won't be able to watch unfortunately.

That's what I meant. I was replying to the video you posted, it is ridiculous that they all have to try to shout over each other and can only answer in a one word statement and the bitchy moderator wouldn't even give them 30 freakin' seconds to explain their position.

She was extremely rude even for a moderator. She doesn't know how to keep track of time. Everytime she said '30' seconds or '15' seconds, she would generally try to cut them off a few seconds short (I timed it a few times) because she was so worried they would go over the debate limit. I felt like she was like a teacher in class and they were giving her oral speeches for grades.

 

And she was so f***ing monotone and annoying.

They are both rich, stiff, career politicians. At least Romney is a more interesting speaker. They also have both changed their positions many times on issues.

 

After watching the clips from the debate, I really thought that Fred Thompson needed a nap, and Alan Keyes needed to get back in his time machine and go away.

Alan Keyes needs to just go away in general.

Keyes is old school conservatism...before "compassionate" became a popular word, they sounded a lot more like him though granted he was always a reactionary.
