Ok Logan Kensing IS out of options.

He has had an option used in 2005, 2006, and 2007

The worst part is...if a player with 5 years of pro ball reaches 3 options years, he gets a 4th option year. Kensing had his 3rd option used in his 6th year. So he just barely missed having a 4th.

But there's one bullpen spot figured out

thought it was kinda cool...but the astros radio guys were just saying that andrew miller grew up as a marlins fan...and id be willing to bet that not many MLB players grew up as marlins fans

ok lee gardner is weird.

It seems last year was his first option.

However it's possible one was taken in 2006 (some list him as being optioned, others as being reassigned...I'm willing to bet on reassigned cuz I don't see why the Tigers would have him on the 40 man)

Also going farther back...whenever he was on a 40 man, he was also DFA/waived...so I don't think any of his options were taken back then.

So yeah, I think he still has two option years left.

it's also possible Justin Miller has an option left.

Option years were used in 2002 and 2003. And 2004 and 2005 he was never optioned, only DFAd, according to MLB.com

Renyel Pinto is out of options

so there's another bullpen spot.
