Post Game Thoughts 4/2

Positives

1. The team looks like they've worked on defense this Spring Training. :thumbup

2. A 13-0 loss and a 1-0 loss are basically the same thing (ok, it's not a positive, just trying to point out that a loss is a loss, any way you put it).

3. This team should really test Freddi Gonzalez managerial abilities.

Negatives

1. Andrew Miller struggled, and we failed to get innings from our starter, again.

2. The bullpen struggled b/c we're consistently failing to get innings from the starters. At this rate, we're in trouble b/c it definitely will take a toll on the pen, no matter how deep or strong it is.

3. We didn't score.

It's sad that the bullpen needs the off day tomorrow after only 3 games. We need more innings out of the starters.

i fully think that if they play solid defense and the starers do what they are capable of then we can be competitive and make a run. However, i do think that rick and miller should be in AAA and it seems like johnson, mitre, and sanchez arent even part of the team anymore. if we had them the rotation would be very good
