I'm surprised there's not already a thread for this movie, unless I missed it.

I saw it a few days ago. Seth Rogan is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

If you liked Superbad, DEFINITELY check this movie out. It won't go down as a classic, but it'll have you laughing.

Anyone else seen it?

I have only seen the redband trailer and it was amazing. I am excited to see it.

It is just a belly laugh movie from everything I have heard.

It did feel extremely long! It was an ok movie... There was some funny parts... Superbad was way better than this film

I got the chance to see it, I thought it was funny, but as everyone said a little long. I really enjoyed it though because I am a huge Rogan fan and I think he is a hell of an actor. He knows how to get into roles better than a lot fo comedians and has a unique spin on each one. It was a movie worth seeing definitely.

Seth Rogan had me rolling in Knocked Up. If this movie is even close to Super Bad then this is something i gotta watch. Him and Jonah Hill are deffinately one of my favorite comedians right now.

First half of the movie was outstanding, with great dialogue (we can get high and watch funny videos on the internet!), Seth Rogen being Seth Rogen, James Franco playing a great stoner, Red being an outstanding minor character with an ability to steal a scene and overall just a very funny movie.

But of all sudden, it just decided to be something completely different. It turns into a slap stick buddy/cop movie, going 30-45 minutes too long, annoying, pointless, never ending fighting scenes. It was almost like we got two movies, and I have to put some of the blame on David Gordon Green (I'm glad that his Confederacy of Dunces never happened now, I have no doubt he would have ruined an outstanding book), the director. Everyone talks about talented he is, but I was sorely disappointed in the direction the film took.

BTW, I don't understand why every stoner kid in America loves this movie, thinking it is pro pot. If anything the entire movie makes fun of "stoners", showing people as being completely useless and retards when they smoke weed, it is almost an anti weed type of movie.

Both Knocked Up and Superbad are much funnier movies, IMO.
