What shot by Fernando are you talking about? I missed it.

I wanna say it was almost like a drop shot, but it had SO MUCH backspin on it, it bounced into the opposing court, bounced BACK over the net and scored a point against himself

Also, Davenport is getting killed

Damn what happened to Davenport? She comes up with a clutch break and then starts her service game with 3 double faults in a row and eventually loses it.... depressing

True. But when I said "LOL Roddick" it wasn't a shot at Gulbis. I did call it the big match earlier today. And did I just see three straight aces from Gulbis? Damn.

Considering Gulbis beat Isner recently (Wimbledon) He certainly isn't intimidated by the big serve, this will be an interesting match

Gulbis pretty much abandoned that drop shot and is giving the game to Roddick. Gotta give some credit to Roddick though, you don't win 9 out of 11 games without doing something right.

Roddick gets destroyed by drop shots... why don't more people use them and more often against him?

This Querrey/Karlovic match has been insane so far. Aces all over the place. 36 after the first 2 sets. Both went into tiebreaks and Querrey came out on top. Both men with 18 aces.

Nadal is so good... It looks like Troicki was going to give him a tough match and then Nadal kicks it into another gear and totally dominates him.

Can't wait to see Querrey/Nadal in a few days. Hopefully that'll be the night match.

Nadal's gonna smoke him. I'm not too big on Querrery just yet.

And I dont like his super compact forehand.

Timea Bacsinszky just took the first set from Dinara Safina. Safina is playing terrible right now.

I like how USA hasn't shown a single point of Bacsinszky/Safina after the first set. Wow, Safina down 5-4 in the second and we can't even watch it.

Well in their defense that Del Potro/Simon match was pretty interesting, but yeah I went to eat came back and was like where is Safina? :D

Nishikori with a big upset over Ferrer. Also, I'm so tired of hearing "that's a great smile" anytime some damn player wins. We get it, John.

Wow Nishikori looked good, this guy is going to be good really soon.
