I'd imagine there are a number of teams he dominates - in fact I think the Marlins are one of them. Thankfully we don't have to face him too often.

Roy Oswalt does that to a lot of people. Not to that extent, but the dude is just a dominant pitcher. The dominance he puts on the Reds is like nothing I've ever seen before

 

With Moyer, it is a little more confusing (and frustrating) since he is basically average against everyone else and then pwns the Marlins.
