BA used to be alot higher back in the day. That said, those are 2 HOF caliber guys you are talking about. (Shoeless Joe isn't in the HOF due to being banned, obviously).

If any modern day player hits .400, I think it'd be Pujols. Maybe Ichiro.

Well, it really did happen. They really did rig it. But he claims that, although he knew about it, he never tried to rig it an always played his hardest.
