Why is Andrew Miller in the bullpen? He should definitely be starting....considering he is a huge part of this team's future

Even though i am not a big fan of Miller, he is currently hotter than Olsen, meaning he should get the streak, go with the hot hand, and that i believe is Miller

Olsen should pretend he's losing all the time. Seems as if he prefers pitching from behind...
