Can anyone help me out? I dont know whats going on, and its almost november. Any New updates?

I have been searching every Marlins news and I haven't run in to any new article about the stadium. This has been the last words of Samson:

"There is going to be an evaluation of construction by the construction manager and the architect on the timing of construction and design, and the impact of opening," Samson said. "That evaluation is ongoing, but we would hope and expect that evaluation will be completed sometime in November so we will better be able to have an announcement regarding groundbreaking and opening."

I've also been searching everywhere for info on the new stadium and I've turned up empty handed. I've been dying to figure out whats going on with the court case hearing and when/if they are going to be starting constructions anytime soon... etc.

The team, city, and county are still talking and negotiating. The city and county managers will then present the commissioners with the final documents for their vote, which should be done by the end of November or early December.

If they all approve it, construction would then start.

The City of Miami will approve the deal. The County may be a harder sell.
