i agree 100% dagreatone. the onus here is on the offensive line.

 

the fumbles killed us, and as much as i'd want to pin that on brian for not running away, something has to be said for that worthless pass blocking.

 

ricky was horribly ineffective today, again. 13 attempts for 36 yards. again, most of that blame should go to the offensive line and the play calling in the first half.

exactly alkazoid. I mean the whole o-line did s***ty but wade smith was consistently gettin beat by freeney. i mean its griese's blind side so hes not expecting that and so quick either. ya and ricky was a non factor once again but mostly cuz of the o-line cant open up any holes.

where's wildcard? i remember him saying it was almost guaranteed that we would go to at least the afc title game because of Seau and the other additions. 3 f***ing losses already, all at home. i hope this f***ing shows you WC.

 

i had a f***ed up day, spent the entire day with my group working on a project in my house, im so f***ing tired and the Dolphins losing really didnt help me

Wade Smith = rookie; inexperienced; not good enough to stop Freeney by himself.

 

According to my math, Wannstedt should have tried doubling up on Freeney about halfway into the first quarter after Smith had already been beaten twice. Plenty of teams have neutralized Jason Taylor that way. I blame the whole freaking team for this loss. Nobody played above criticism. Maybe McMichael. Maybe.

 

This team hasn't impressed me once this year. Even if we won, what reason would any of us have to think this is a team going somewhere. Wannstedt is the losingest loser that ever lost, and his a** needs to be sent packing after the season, if not sooner.

yea the o-line of the dolphins are very inexperienced and do not give ricky any more running room or give griese any time to pass. todays game was on them, not anyone else!!!

Time to face the facts:

 

A team is only as good as their offensive and defensive lines.

 

Offensively- Any back in the league can average 5 yds per carry with a dominating offensive line. Most pro QBs can pick a defense apart with strong protection.

 

Defensively- The fat DT's clog up the middle and keep blockers off the LBs, and the DEs pressure the QB, which helps out the Dbacks.

 

When you have good lines, they make the rest of your team look good.

 

A football game is ironically a battle between the anonymous, unpopular, fatties up front. Today was a perfect example of that. It doesn't matter who you have playing your skilled positions, because in the NFL, EVERYONE is skilled. Whoever wins up front, wins the game (unless your KR is Dante Hall).

well obviously the colts are a good team but they won because wade smith and the o-line couldnt contain the colts d-line especially freeney. ya its goin to be tough against the titans they got the freak and carter at the ends.

the O line gave us no chance to win the game.
