Just a Rumor...

Jay Gibbions HAD to admit it, he FAILED a test... why would Bonds admit something (whether he did it or not) if no test has proven he has? Guy was the most tested guy in baseball...

What are you talking about?

Major League Baseball yesterday suspended Orioles outfielder Jay Gibbons and Kansas City Royals outfielder Jose Guillen 15 days each for violating the league's toughened substance-abuse prevention program, though neither failed a league-initiated drug test.

What am I talking about.??. You were saying that at least Gibbons admitted to using compared to Bonds who denies it. Gibbons didn't admit sh*t, he flat out got CAUGHT with a failed test. Bonds has yet to fail a test publicly, that might change if this hearing/jury finds a BLACO positive test but until then he hasnt

It says right there that he didn't fail a test.

I wonder how he got caught though.

Later on when he admitted it, explains the raid from the florida pharm which has testing results

I wonder how many of you guys ever went on jury duty,

Iv been sent a request to do it but I managed to get out of it :cool

Do you have any link saying that he tested positive for HGH or anything?

You guys still haven't got it right.

He was "caught" when the FDA and the FBI raided a pharmacy in Florida, his credit card receipts were tied to purchases from that company. It had nothing to do with testing or being apprehended with anything illegal in his possession, the Feds turned the information over to MLB who investigated the incident and he admitted he had in fact made the purchases in question.

I have. Why?

Well because you don't convict someone from what the media say.
