They dropped the ball on that one, there's no doubt about it. They couldn't get anymore TV time from Spike TV (then TNN), so they dropped the idea, when they could have just taken those crappy Saturday night shows they have now and replaced it with a WCW show.

I agree, but Vince wouldn't have been able to set his ego aside for this to work. WCW never would've gotten the upper hand. I mean, you saw the way WCW guys always lost their matches against WWE guys. The same reason NWO failed (again)- If Vince didn't create it, he won't push it. Whether it works or not. And it doesn't help that he has a bunch of yes-men around him, either.

I think they should try and bring back as many guys that have stepped in the ring at a WrestleMania this year. It would be nice to see them all back, if only for one night.

November 9, 200322 yr Author hey i just heard that crash holly died i believe yesturday or the day before dont know how dont have the info yet but i will get it as soon as possible. that sucks how so many wrestlers had died this year including the legendry Stu Heart. When i heard that hawk died man i was so pissed and i was upset about that.

When they came back to the WWE in the one match over the summer on RAW, I was hoping it would signal a full-time return. Alas, the last time I saw them was jobbing to RVD/Kane. Ironic, because they rarely sold moves or did jobs in their prime. I totally marked out for that theme music........"UUUHHHHH WHAT A RUSH!"
