April 29, 200917 yr He's talking about getting out of the losing funk and about the collapse on Friday. He said that the problem on Friday was that he didnt use his secondary pitche(s) enough, if at all. Yesterday he said he was effective because he was able to establish his secondary pitch, with control (for strikes), and he felt more comfortable mixing it up. He also commented that he still doesn't feel 100%.... still listening...
April 29, 200917 yr Author He says he's available to pitch this afternoon... said Hanley will be back next series, he expects
April 29, 200917 yr Author He better be available today. Interesting he doesnt feel 100 yet though. yeah i found that interesting as well he said "my shoulder still doesnt feel comfortable yet, not where it should be" I guess as long as he can be effective with his slider and can throw a 100mph curve ball he'll be able to save more games than he blows....
April 29, 200917 yr I find it interesting that he doesn't feel 100% as well. Especially after hitting 100 mph a few times last night. If that's the case I can't wait until he is 100%.
April 29, 200917 yr is any player ever 100% though? though I guess it's different for the bullpen since they only play a few innings a year.

However, in this case his arm is fine other than the decelarator (sp.) muscle in his shoulder is not fully developed. He can throw hard, but its the muscle that slows down the arm that is still untrained, therefore, he in this regard is not 100%.
