Hard to judge the trade right away without knowing what the Marlins will do with the money. If they can land a top flight FA, it will ease the sting a little. It's not like the team can play any worse without Hanley the rest of the season, and we were not going to win anything this year even with Hanley, so I'm not too butthurt about the trade other than its a strong indication of how desperate and cheap this team is in comparison to the rest of the league.
