Kelly has dropped recently T.I.-24's Murphy Lee-Wat da hook gon' be Obie Trice-Gotta have teeth I did like "holidae inn" by Chingy and "stand up" by ludacris, but they are so overplayed, it's getting annoying. and I like several others I can't think of off the top of my head.

I like Andre 3000, but Hey Ya is overplayed soooooo much. People act like they've never heard Andre before. It's like, woo! Outkast! Ms. Jackson, BOB, the Whole World, and now "The Way You Move" and "Hey Ya". Buy the damn cd! There are some great songs! Andre's cd is one of the best cds I've heard in the "rap" scene in quite some time. He has the balls to not rap...he only raps in "A Life in the Day of Andre Benjamin" (which is a badass song...no hook or verses...just him rapping about his life straight thru), and "St. Valentine's Day" (which is also a good song...and Andre raps for just a little bit). On "Roses", Big Boi raps....Roses is probably my favorite song besides A Life in the Day...if "Roses" is the next single, it's gonna suck, because that will be overplayed, therefore causing me to hate the song, much like I hate Hey Ya now. I mean, let's face it...the stuff being played on rap radio, and BET, and MTV are overplayed. Buy the damn cds, or download em even. As for the Ludacris cd....his junk sounds the same over and over. I've heard his cd, and he has the same rhyme beats as always. They are cool to listen to at first, but when it's his 3rd or 4th cd, and it all sounds the same, there is something wrong. (i.e. TI and Outkast have changed up their styles...keeping things interesting...Ludacris's newest cd, and Back For the First Time sound the same...What Means The World To You is the model rhyme beat for Ludacris....every other song is that same beat).
November 12, 200322 yr With Ludacris, I agree with Furman, his stuff is cool for a while, but then it gets really old after a while. Holidae Inn is the only song on Chingy's CD I liked, and now it's annoying me too lol. He's an embarassment to the midwest. Outkast is the best rap group in the history of the genre, they are amazing, always coming out with a new look. Nelly ain't much anymore either though, only hot thing on the Midwest scene right now is Murphy Lee. The stuff on MTV and BET are overplayed, if you want good rap, watch "Rap City" on BET. They play a lot of hot stuff that you don't see on any other shows on BET or MTV. Oh, and some other hip-hop/r & b stuff I like right now. Bubba Sparxx-Deliverance I normally hate Cash money, but their new song with R. Kelly, "Gangsta Girl" has a hot beat. T.I.-Trap Musik Joe Budden-Fire f/ Busta Rhymes That one Youngbloodz song f. Lil Jon is cool, but that's only cuz they don't play it on radio up here, so it hasn't annoyed me yet lol.
November 13, 200322 yr yah, the Youngbloodz song (Damn) is good...but well overplayed. I got the Youngbloodz first cd (which they mention in "Damn")...its real good...U-Way, 85, and others are solid on that cd.
November 13, 200322 yr Ludacris is a great rapper... And makes absolutely NO sense in any of his raps.
November 13, 200322 yr he's a great rapper.......for me to poop on. And his raps do make sense in fact.....and they are funny....but he still sucks as a rapper. There is more to rapping than just words.
November 13, 200322 yr A Rapper i like is 50 Cent and Eminem. They rhyme so much in their songs and make it fun to listen too. If you have listen to 50 Cent Underground Music you will like 50 Cent. Eminem is just a great rapper....no doubt. His family problems has nothing to do with rapping.
November 13, 200322 yr i know alot of you east coast gangsta's :lol wont like this one BUT im feeling the new West Side Conection with Ice Cube...
