They are way more valuable to the phillies than anyone else because it accentuates their skills and hides their flaws.

Werth has always been a much better player on the road since he arrived in Philly, and Howard's home/away career splits are almost the same.

Howard's career splits are almost identical home / away and since joining the Phillies Werth has done better on the road than at home.
