September 23, 200917 yr For the rest of the season, who do you guys think will put up the better numbers?
September 23, 200917 yr Probably Mendenhall. I read earlier that Tomlin says he plans to increase Mendenhall's touches as the weeks progress. I think the running game is more vital to Pittsburgh than it is to Indianapolis as they can revert back to the passing game since Peyton always seems to get it done. Roethlisberger is a fantastic QB also, but the Steelers aerial attack isn't as electric week in, week out as the Colts passing game. Willie Parker hasn't been in great form the past year or two, with some injuries, and so I believe Mendenhall will outperform Donald Brown the rest of the year.

Indys o-line can actually block, ours cant and Mendenhall sucks

Yeah, my answer was Brown, but I'd also like to say that (I'm guessing this is a fantasy-related question), I picked up Rashard Mendenhall this morning. Keep track of what he does this week. With Parker not playing as well as before, if Mendenhall starts getting some more playing time, he's a real sleeper for the next 3 weeks, at the very least, with Pittsburgh facing San Diego, Indy & Detroit. The only thing is Pittsburgh has Mewelde Moore, as well, so I'm just wondering if he'll get some carries, too.
September 28, 200917 yr Donald Brown will probably end up being the starter in Indy before the season ends. Gotta go Brown here.
