Hanley: I just don't feel like playing today

yeah, Hanley tends to do this kind of thing. I think a small bit of this has to do with him wanting to not lower his batting average, but I think Hanley just doesn't feel the passion to go out there with nothing to play for.

Don't be that guy. He hurt his knee and actually kept trying to play in the game and hurt it more.

 

Not just that but it's no secret Hanley wanted to play to get 200 hits, especially since he had 0 chance of losing his batting title.

I do also...they were my team before the Marlins....I debated whether to go see them one last time at the Metrodome this weekend...I saw my first MLB game there(Metrodome) back in '84....the '87,'91 WSeries were great....I still the "homer hankies"....but,I'm looking forward to Target Field...
