August 3, 201015 yr I won't be able to attend this Friday's game where the Billy Bingo giveaway is a replica of Andre's HOF plaque. Seeing as he's my favorite player, I would really like to get one of these to add to my collection. If anyone gets one and would be willing to help me out, please PM me. Thanks! In a semi-related topic, currently Andre is the only player in the HOF that played w/ the Fish and as such is the only one with "Florida" on their plaque. Should any other alumni get voted in, and assuming it happens after the new stadium opens, do you think it will say "Florida" or "Miami?"

I assume if they played for the "Florida Marlins" it would say "Florida Marlins" instead of "Miami Marlins"
August 3, 201015 yr When Piazza, Sheffield, Hoffman etc... get elected one can assume their plaques will read Florida Marlins. It will interesting to see if any players from the Angels who played when they made the switch either from California to Anaheim or even worse LA of A get elected to see what their plaques will reflect :blink:

Will they go to the display of perfect games and no-no's and change them to the Miami Marlins? How about the display of WS rings (I think there is also a display of the rosters of the WS Championship teams, but I would have to go check the HOF tapes I made to be sure.)? Of course not.
