August 28, 201014 yr Give 'em hell, Ricky! Hope he isn't doing too much by trying to pitch today though...
August 28, 201014 yr Ricky has weird career numbers vs Atlanta. He is pretty bad at home against them but has pretty much dealt at Turner Field and I'm hoping he does more of the same tonight. Offense needs to pound Hudson early like they did to Hanson and just keep on winning!
August 28, 201014 yr We already avoided the sweep, that's already exceeding my expectations, sadly enough. I just want Ricky to have a good game, and I won't complain. We know this is a down year for the offense in general, and they can be pretty streaky (whatever fire the offense had yesterday, let's hope it lasted the night). But Ricky needs to show us he's can be consistent. Seems like he's due for an unexplained meltdown on the mound like he has every couple of games. Let's hope that will not be today. His last two starts he pitched 6 scoreless innings on both occasions, although they were against the inglorious Pirates and Nationals. The time before that he exploded for 7 earned runs in 5 innings against the Cardinals. Also let's hope whatever was bugging him that had him scratched off his last start will not be an issue today.
August 28, 201014 yr Remember that one game RIcky where you stuck out like 18 Braves? Yeah do that again.
