November 20, 200322 yr I don't think this question is relelvent. As is my understanding, I don't think the money used for players is the same that will get us a stadium. It's not like our payroll will drop drastically if we get a new stadium (I hope.) It's like comparing apples and oranges. Besides, the stadium deal is a ways off yet.

November 20, 200322 yr Right now, the ballpark is the top priority for the business side, the baseball side has nothing to do with the business side other than payroll. Admin and crew will always try to get the best they can.

November 20, 200322 yr With all due respect, How can you even ask that question? Maybe you should ask, why the Marlins NEED a new stadium? or even better, search on 'Stadium' and READ what the members of this forum have posted on this topic. We have debated to death.
November 21, 200322 yr Easy. New stadium. We got the players, they already proved it last season by winning the World Series. All we need is more fans consistantly, the answer is to get a new stadium. We cant be paying extra money on renting PPS.

November 23, 200322 yr what matter more? better players=better team OR new stadium=nicer... No. Better Player = Move the Team at the end of PPS Lease New Stadium = Keep the Fish in South Florida
