We lost, 8-4.

Dobbs homered and Donnie Murphy homered. Vazquez went 4, gave up 4 hits and a run, struck out 3, Choate got knocked around pretty bad, giving up five runs in 0.2 innings.

Anyone idea on Vazquez's velocity?

Apparently 90-91. I think that's great.

Vazquez performance is what's important. :thumbup

and Choate's poor inning was aided by errors at 2B (Boni) and CF (Kroeger).

Choate's poor innings are irrelevant because he won't be pitching full innings in the regular season, anyway.
