BosnianBaller_
so any info on john bakers progression back from surgery. When can we realistically expect him back to the major league team?
Schnellders
so any info on john bakers progression back from surgery. When can we realistically expect him back to the major league team? At all? Brett Hayes is doing mighty fine with his limited opportunities
FutureGM
Yeah, Baker can take his time as long as injuries are kept to a minimum.
fanofthefish
I would imagine it will be another month or so before they send him on an injury rehab. With GCL not open for business yet, most likely Jupiter or Jax will see Baker when he rehabs.
Darren Daulton
he was placed on the 60-day disabled list on March 30 (article) - that means he has at least another month to go
Rabbethan
he was placed on the 60-day disabled list on March 30 (article) - that means he has at least another month to go Bake's been out almost a year and (I'm almost positive) the 60-day is retroactive. It's only retroactive during the year, in the offseason everything is wiped to

fanofthefish
It doesn't matter about twhen the placement on the 60 day happened, that just cleared a roster spot on the 40 man roster, he can begin his rehab while on the DL. Also as I recall from when he had his surgery that June would be about when his arm would be ready.
