November 24, 200322 yr Yes. You can't dominate at center like he did for so long and not go in. He was the most dominant player on the court (except when Shaq was there as well, and sometimes Zo managed to outduel him) every time he stepped on for the better part of a decade. I think on his plaque all of his charitable works. He and his wife really have hearts made out of gold and there is no doubt in my mind that he will get what he has rightfully earned when it is his time to go. Even through his disorder he has still dedicated his life to two things: Basketball and Helping Others. Truely a great man and that should be acknowledged just the same as his basketball abilities. I will have to admit, I was angry when he left. I thought thoughts of how could he do this, where is all the loyalty, etc. But in reality we kind of owed it to him to let him go to a winner and try to get a ring. He carried this team so hard for so long that he really did deserve to win one. And I regret that he won't get that oppurtunity now that his playing career is over. As a side not, It would be so cool if he went in a Heat (what would be the singular for a Heat player?)

November 25, 200322 yr He could be a Hall of Famer. Its not as prestigious as it is in MLB. It is true that he played in an era with a lot of good centers. But that could help him more just to show that he played against the best.

November 26, 200322 yr let me throw out a stat: only two players in their careers had 20 pts, 3 blocks a gm: ZO, Hakeem It is because of this stat alone he deserves the HOF How could you say no to zo? He gave his heart and soul to playing and had such a great career And, oh yeah, he missed 2 years and was forced to retire because of a kidney disease YES FOR ZO
