I see nothing in media guide, there is a place on Marlins website that has contact us you could go that route

I'm sure if you call the Marlins offices, they can get you his contact info.

 

 

But out of curiocity... why do you want to speak to the Marlins general counsel?

In the past I remember seeing the front office contacts in the front of the media guide, with e-mail and address

 

 

I met him once before in a in-house legal conference and lost his card, I ve been meaning to contact him..
