March 2, 201214 yr They could charge less for tickets if they didn't have to pay artists for concerts. Every piece of the entertainment goes into how much you value (positively or negatively) an event, and thus goes into how much you're willing to pay for it.

March 3, 201214 yr I hope they have English speaking performers/bands/singers (atleast half and half). I am jealous of the Rays concerts because I know the bands/singers. Pray for good concerts!!

Hope you get your wish, but don't count on it. We have only stayed for a handful of concerts in the past so it dosen't bother me one way or the other. And rarely do we ever go to a Friday night game. Too much personal stuff to take care of to make a game. On a good note, this ought to make our tickets sell faster for those Friday games. I always wondered when they would wise up and start doing the give-a-ways during the week instead of Friday and Saturdays. Weekends aren't a problem pulling in fans. It's during the week they need to tantalize fans a little more. Not saying I like it, just that I do understand their reasoning.
