They don't seem too worried about what your degree is in, just if your capable of succeeding. And apply for what you like. I avoided finance. Some liked the fact I had a cover letter, others were happy with the basic résumé, you can get away with 15 copies total, 7 with a cover letter. It'll help with the media ones.

October 25, 201213 yr Lol. Getting jobs is hard, gentlemen, especially when they are desirable. Piazza is right that having copies of your resume is essential, regardless of who is hosting the job fair, and a cover letter is a strong way to differentiate yourself.
