December 23, 201411 yr I also sense that deep down Rich believes in advanced stats but has to repress some of it because he knows that it will go over the heads of the casual fans who make up most of the viewing audience. This is my gut feeling, though. He generally drops some type of hint here and there that leads me to believe the same. Sometimes you can just hear in his voice that he's rolling his eyes at some of the things Tommy says.
