April 9, 201511 yr As @dim said, he needs to locate better. Velocity wasn't great, but that's just who he is now. He can't get away with mistakes as he probably could when he was throwing 95-96 back in the day in SD. But we knew he was no longer that 95-96 pitcher anyway when we acquired him so it's not something new. His command was terrible the other night. Hopefully it gets better. To be fair, it can't get any worse.
