Yes but even so. Whatever he is making this year is certainly not up to par with his performance.

He's making like 6 million this year.

Two pages in and as usual, Vince turns the game thread into his own 'Stanton sucks' thread.

Game after fucking game.

Sigh.

#consistent #provemewrongstanton

#cunt

Hahahahahaha

If Stanton is overpaid this year, what's the adjective for Yelich?

Disappointing.

Seriously, just have some consideration for other board members. We all know your opinion on Stanton, and it's fine that you have it. It's wrong, and just shows how little you understand the game, but it's your opinion, and you have a right to have it.

But - there's a difference between having an opinion, and learning when continually expressing this opinion seriously pisses people off. It would be okay if you mentioned every time Stanton has a poor game (which, admittedly, at the moment is a lot), put it's EVERY FUCKING TIME HE COMES TO THE PLATE.

All you are doing is annoying people. It's selfish, and it's immature. It's troll-like behaviour.

So, learn HOW OFTEN to express your opinion, and stop trolling game threads with it ENDLESSLY. Please.

My philosophy is everytime stanton comes through with a clutch hit, then I cut him slack for the next 3 at bats

Well, to be fair, the dude's 3 for his last 28, so each terrible at-bat is going to draw attention to the issue.  Again, I'm a huge fan of Stanton, but he needs to find a way to make these troughs a bit shallower.

everyone here gets it but do we have to dedicate 148918342319832319 posts to it? LET'S WATCH THIS BASEBALL GAME FUCKERS

You need to grow up.

He is the face of the franchise to naturally it can be very easy to attack the at bat and the contract. In other news take out big salad. He has done his job.

Make sure you're going after the right person.  I haven't spent too many posts criticizing Stanton.

It's you and Vince say the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over

Tom Koehler is quickly becoming one of the most underrated players in Marlins history.

He would be great as a long guy in the pen, but our rotation issues mean otherwise.

Second time around is never as good as the first.
