June 20, 201511 yr Former Marlin first round pick Chad James has received his second suspension of the 2015 season. James was suspended for 50 games earlier this season for testing positive for amphetamine, he has now received a 25 game suspension for undisclosed violation. He was released by the Marlins in spring training last year, pitched in independent league before signing with the Rangers, he has a combined 22-44 career record with a 4.50 ERA. Good call on drafting him ahead of Shelby Miller and Mike Trout! A.J. Ramos in the 21st round is the only player left from that years draft still in the organization and to have made the majors.
