Wake me when he gets a TK comp

for some reason Koehler doesn't get talked about very much in the fantasy baseball world except as the occasional home streaming desperation option

Kinda feel like this game is Conley's chance to cement his rotation spot. He can make it a no doubt decision for the team with a good showing today.

But really, as we approach opening day I feel so much better about our rotation having Conley (as good as he's been this spring) over Jackson. I'm sure we can all agree. Tk and Cosart having good springs doesn't hurt either.

I wish Cosart had another pitch. His new downward plane motion seems to be having success though (in spring).

I'd be shocked if Edwin doesn't start at least 1 game this year

I think Edwin starting a couple games this year isn't what was worrying us. It was the chance that we were gonna rely on him for around 30 starts. I said it the other day but I have hope that Jackson can contribute positively to this team "in the right role."

I really doubt the marlins FO ever had any intention of giving him 30 starts

I know it hasn't been a popular opinion, but I have very little doubt that, barring injury, this rotation will be in the upper tier in the majors.

Ya know man, I wanna say that the thing with you is, we all sorta kinda get what you mean with the things you say... but the way you word things gets you in trouble around here. You're kinda like the David Samson of these forums. And really, I mean that in a good way.

When we got him in January (?) and we were still in the market for a #3 you were probably right. But when camp opened and the #3 was nowhere in sight, I'm gonna guess the team had every intention to let Edwin get a spot in the rotation as long as he had a good spring. It's the good showings of Conley and Cosart that changed that but I wouldn't dare think that they weren't real close to have Jackson in our rotation all season long.
